Is your dog struggling when left alone?

Separation anxiety isn’t bad behaviour, it’s a genuine panic response. Dogs with separation anxiety aren’t being “naughty” or “stubborn.” They are scared.

You might notice signs like:

• Barking, howling, or whining when you leave
• Pacing, panting, or drooling
• Toileting indoors despite being house trained
• Destructive behaviour near doors or windows
• Attempts to escape
• Extreme distress that starts as soon as you prepare to go out

For many owners, this can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting.

Please know this is more common than people realise, and it is not your fault.

The good news is that with the right approach, most dogs can learn that being home alone is safe.

How our separation anxiety training helps

Training uses gentle, gradual exposure, working at a pace your dog can manage. We focus on staying below stress levels so your dog can learn safely and build confidence over time.

Sessions take place remotely via Zoom, allowing training to happen in your dog’s own home, where separation anxiety occurs. You’ll be guided step by step, with the plan adjusted as your dog progresses.

Support is ongoing throughout the process, helping you understand your dog’s responses, track progress, and know what to do next.

I have a totally different dog!

“I am so pleased with the course I have just completed with Nathan, I have a totally different dog from when I started. I thought at first this wasn’t going to work, but God, how wrong I was.
No stress now, just pleasure. I’d recommend anyone to do it if your dog suffers from anxiety.”
