Our services & pricing
Team walks
We offer competitive rates at £16 per hour per dog on team walks, a maximum 4-6 dogs (if a minimum of 3 weekly walks are booked, £18 if not)
30 min meet & greet – £15
Solo walks
We also offer £18.00 per hour for a solo dog walk (if a minimum of 3 weekly walks are booked, £21 if not)
Evening (after 6pm) & Weekend/BH Walks/Check-in services are also available at an increased rate
Duo family
£31 per hour for 2 dogs from the same household (walked with no other dogs)
£26 if they’re able to go out on team walks with other dogs (2nd dog at a discounted rate)
Check-in services
Do you have a puppy, or a dog that needs a visit? If so, our check-in services are for you. 30 mins for £15

Since we’re often out walking dogs, we ask all clients to email us so we have an audit trail. If a call is preferred, we’ll arrange one at your convenience.
Tell us about your dog
We’ll ask for details about your dog’s needs, routine, and personality, and we’ll send over our pricing. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a Meet & Greet Appointment.
Meet & greet
A meet & greet is required for all new clients. It’s a great way for all of us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions.
• 30-Minute Meet & Greet (£15) – We visit your home to meet you and your dog, discuss their routine, and go through everything in detail.
• 60-Minute Meet & Greet & Trial Walk (£21) – Includes a 30-minute meet & greet followed by a 30-minute trial walk to ensure a good fit.
Payment, paperwork & WhatsApp setup
Before the appointment, we’ll send an invoice for the Meet & Greet, which must be paid in advance.
We also require some paperwork to be completed and returned via email before any walks commence.
Proof of your dog’s insurance and vaccinations (including kennel cough) is required. If your dog is uninsured, their vaccinations aren’t up to date, or they haven’t had their annual kennel cough vaccine, we can provide additional waivers for you to sign.
We’ll then set up a WhatsApp group for easy communication, including scheduling updates, pictures, and any necessary discussions about your dog’s walks.
How booking works
Every Monday morning, we send out a weekly booking email for the following week’s walks.
You have until 12pm on Wednesday to respond with your bookings.
If you prefer, you can go onto a recurring schedule (same days each week). In this case, you only need to reply if there are any changes (e.g., skipping a week, fewer/more walks).
Invoices (with approximate walk times) are sent out on Thursday/Friday and must be paid by Monday morning before any services begin.
Cancellations
48+ hours’ notice: The paid fee can be rolled over to the following week.
Less than 48 hours’ notice or same-day cancellations: The full fee is still chargeable.

Once everything is in place, we’ll arrange your dog’s first official walk and keep you updated every step of the way.
